Women’s Soccer Extend Shutout Streak to 230 minutes
REVERE, Mass. — The MCLA Women's Soccer team met up with the Fisher College Falcons for their second clash in just over two weeks after the Trailblazers rolled to a 5-1 win in North Adams on September 30th. The Trailblazers' keeper combo of Destiny Alexandra Rivas and Mallory Amirian maintained their second straight clean sheet, following their scoreless tie against Fitchburg this weekend.

- Series History: MCLA now leads the all-time series 2-0-1, following their 5-1 win earlier this season. MCLA won the first ever meeting of the teams by a score of 5-1 last season in North Adams on October 29, 2024.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- With the teams having seen each other only two weeks earlier, it came as little surprise that the teams spent much of the game playing in the midfield, with each team holding the other to a limited number of shots. The Trailblazers finished with only four shots (with only two on goal), while the hosts managed seven, including only one in the second half.
- MCLA's shots were credited to Gwendolyn Duggan (Palmer, MA) and Cidnee Frymire (Tonawanda, NY).
- The Trailblazers' keeper duo of Destiny Alexandra Rivas (Leicester, MA) and Mallory Amirian (Haverhill, MA) recorded their second straight shutout, with Amirian notching MCLA's lone save. Rivas moved to 3-5-2.
